Main Technical Features of Automatic Casting Lining Trolley:

1.The formwork is the main force-bearing member with high structural strength. The portal frame is of a 4-leg door frame structure. The formwork is not connected to the door frame. The structure is very simple and the space at the top, both sides and bottom is extremely large, which improves the working environment, increases the ventilation cross-sectional area and makes the driving of engineering vehicles convenient.

2.Compared with the traditional trolley, the supporting rod piece is reduced by half, with simple operation, low labor intensity, reducing the time for collecting and erecting the mould.

3.Adjustable folding support is set to facilitate formwork erection and demoulding.

4.Sufficient demoulding space can be realized, which is convenient for fromwork surface maintenance. 

5.With simple structure and greatly reduced types and quantities of parts, it is convenient for field installation, disassembly and management.

Technical characteristics of layered casting and distributing machine:

Without manual pipe dismantling, pipe changing, cleaning, connecting and fixing, only one operator can easily operate the control element to realize the change of different positions of the pumping interface, thus realizing mechanized construction with simple and quick operation, less personnel and short time consumption. 

Layered arrangement of pipelines realizes layered casting and overcomes the defects of concrete segregation and cold seam of "gable" slope caused by pouring from one hole to the bottom. The pipeline is directly connected from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet without intermediate operation links, which is simple and easy to implement.

Full closed pipelines will not lead to concrete leakage or material waste and site pollution. 

Pressurized transportation is convenient for cleaning; Layered casting takes short time to replace pipes, which will not cause concrete slump loss so as to block pipes or affect casting quality;

There is less concrete in the overflow part of the pipe replacement, which will not cause waste and on-site pollution. 

The adoption of the concrete layered casting distributing machine effectively improves the physical quality and appearance quality of the secondary lining concrete casting, reduces the construction process of pipe replacement, reduces the labor intensity, reduces the operators, saves the casting time, improves the efficiency, and reduces the construction cost and safety risks.
